What goes into a no-cook kitchen kit? 4 ounces is nice for a kitchen setup!

This is a pretty simple subject, since I don't have a lot to take with me when I head out in May to finish the rest of the trail. But if you're wondering, here's what goes into a SUL "kitchen setup".

Basically all I have is a bear-bag hanging cable, my spoon, a trash bag, and my food bag but this video is a part of a video series where I go through all the equipment in my pack for this summer.
