I bailed in the middle of a cold weather camping trip - and I'm okay with it

On the tail end of winter a good friend and I went out and tried to get a hike in on the North Carolina/Tennessee border.

We ended up having to cut our trip short because of the weather, but still ended up having a great time and getting to catch a nice view on a clear day. I do, however think that there are some things I could have done better to make sure that our trip was safer and more comfortable for everyone in my group.
